As co-founder and program director, Venunye has helped support childcare and education in Kpando. The organization grew from the care Mrs.Esime Djentuh, known as Mama Esi, began providing in her home.
See how Venunye Djentuh’s work with children, families, schools, and community partners has helped students keep learning and families meet everyday needs.
Venunye used part of his paycheck to help children pay school fees and to provide food when families needed it. Those early experiences shaped his work in education, childcare, and community support.
His work has grown through relationships with caregivers, teachers, volunteers, and local organizations. In Kpando, Venunye Foundation brings that experience to three areas of work: education support, FoodShare and feeding, and women’s empowerment.
