Volunteer Requirements
We welcome passionate individuals, as a group from all backgrounds who are committed to making a positive impact. To ensure a successful experience, here’s what we ask:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Willingness to serve with compassion, humility, and respect for cultural differences.
- A minimum commitment of 1 week (for in-person roles).
- Basic English communication skills.
- Relevant experience (e.g., teaching, health, social work) is a plus but not required.
- Must complete our Volunteer Inquiry Form and orientation process

Note: We do not have any “jobs” offering compensation; Volunteers are expected to provide for their travel and expenses.

We offer both on-site (in Ghana) and virtual roles in teaching, outreach, fundraising, content creation, and more.
Not at all. We welcome volunteers from all backgrounds. All you need is a heart to serve and willingness to learn.
Volunteers can commit from a few hours a week to full-time engagement for several weeks or months, depending on the role.
Yes. All volunteers receive orientation, support materials, and guidance from our team to make the most of your experience.
